Suspect sought after woman wounded in Grand Boulevard drive-by shooting

AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) - Richmond County deputies responded Tuesday night to a shooting at 2224 Grand Blvd.
It happened around 8:30 p.m.
Upon arrival, deputies found a 46-year-old woman with a gunshot wound to the upper chest. She was taken to a hospital, where she was reported as stable.
Deputies say an unknown person possibly fired several shots from a vehicle while driving down Grand Boulevard.
Authorities said the shooter could be driving a gray Toyota Camry.
Grand Boulevard was blocked off after the shooting.
