20-year-old wanted in Augusta home invasion, aggravated assault

AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) - The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a suspect in connection to a home invasion and aggravated assault case, according to authorities.

Authorities say Khalil Hudson, 20, is wanted for the incident that occurred in the 1800 block of Fayetteville Drive, according to deputies.

The incident happened just before 10 a.m. Sunday, when Hudson showed up at his ex-girlfriend’s apartment and started attacking her current boyfriend, according to deputies. The victim told deputies he was slashed with a retractable knife.

Hudson is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing 130 pounds. He is known to frequent the areas of Center West Parkway and Demaret Street.

Authorities say Hudson is considered to be armed and dangerous. If is made, use caution, authorities advise.
