Multiple people without power in the CSRA

AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) - Multiple people were without power early Monday morning in the CSRA as strong winds hit the area.
Georgia Power reported 40 outages in the area with more than 400 people affected.
Waynesboro with the highest number of outages, 9, affecting 100 Georgia Power customers. As of 9:00 a.m. Georgia Power reports 3 outages affected 12 customers, estimated restoration time is being re-evaluated.
In Augusta, there have been 2 outages affecting 97 Georgia Power customers. As of 9:05 a.m. Georgia Power reports 2 outages affecting 21 customers, estimated restoration time is being assessed.
In Evans, there have also been 2 outages affecting 13 customers. Harlem had 2 outages, and only affected under 5 customers. As of 9:05 a.m. Evans and Harlem outages have been restored.
And more than 1,800 Jefferson Energy Cooperative customers are without power.
Across the river in South Carolina, 60 Dominion Energy customers were without power, after 3 outages. As of 6:30 a.m., Dominion Energy does not seem to have any more outages.
