AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) - Cold night ahead for the region with lows falling into the low 30s by Thursday morning.

Mostly sunny to partly cloudy Thursday afternoon with seasonal temperatures. Afternoon highs will be right around 60°.

Another system is expected to show up Friday that could lead to severe weather in the CSRA. The Storm Prediction Center has the CSRA under a Level 3 out of 5 Enhanced Risk for severe weather Friday as another low-pressure system moves through the region.

Damaging winds and isolated strong tornadoes are the main concern as of now with a low-level marginal flash flood risk in place mainly north of I-20. Keep it here for updates heading into Friday.
