Aiken deputies search for attempted murder suspect

WARRENVILLE, S.C. (WRDW/WAGT) - The Aiken County Sheriff’s Office is searching for an attempted murder suspect after he fled from deputies.
According to the sheriff’s office, Matthew Fields ran from deputies from a home on Monarch Street.
Fields is wanted for attempted murder, officials say.

News 12 received a video from a viewer showing law enforcement along Highway 421, Augusta Road, around 2 p.m. Tuesday.
That’s around four minutes from the home on Monarch Street.
Several Aiken Department of Public Safety patrol cars were also seen in the video.
