21-year-old Allendale man found shot dead in car in Norway
NORWAY, S.C. (WRDW/WAGT) - A 21-year-old Allendale man was found dead in a Dodge Charger outside of the Norway Police Department on Tuesday.
Around 1:39 p.m., dispatch received a call from a man traveling on Highway 321 heading towards Denmark about a Dodge Charger in the road.
The incident report from the Orangeburg County Sheriff’s Office says the caller believed the car was law enforcement due to being in front of the police department near 8385 Savannah Highway.

The caller told deputies he saw several bullet holes in the vehicle, according to the incident report.
According to the report, once deputies arrived on the scene, they found a black male sitting in the driver’s seat that appeared to be unresponsive.
EMS arrived and pronounced the man deceased.
The Orangeburg County Coroner’s Office has identified the victim as Semion Sadadrian Lamar.
