Reptile lovers take over North Augusta at ReptiCon
NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C. (WRDW/WAGT) - Reptile lovers took over part of North Augusta this past weekend at ReptiCon.
Reptiles like iguanas, snakes and more were out on hand at the event.
People could handle and even buy those reptiles, along with having the chance to learn more about reptile behavior and being able to care for them.
Angela Lee, show staff member, says, “You may be skeptical about getting a snake and not know how to care for them - of course our venders will give you the insight on how to care for them and of course some snakes can outlive you but the better knowledge of the animals you have the better you can provide for them at home.”
ReptiCon is based out of Florida, but if you missed it this weekend, you can head to Repticon’s website to find their calendar for future shows.
