Crash causes injuries in front of Beech Island Water Works

BEECH ISLAND, S.C. (WRDW/WAGT) - A crash has caused injuries in front of Beech Island Water Works on Thursday morning, according to authorities.
Aiken County dispatch says deputies were on the way to the scene of a single-vehicle crash in front of 630 Beech Island Avenue at 9:50 a.m.
Dispatch says at least one person has been injured, but it’s unsure the severity.
Authorities say they are unsure of what caused the accident and if any lanes are closed at this time, but they were directing traffic at 10:15 a.m.
