AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) - Morning lows reached the low 60s early this morning. Skies are expected to be mostly sunny today with seasonal highs in the mid-80s. Wind direction changes out of the north and stays between 5-10 mph.

Most of Friday looks dry, but cloudy. Morning lows will be in the mid-60s and afternoon highs will be in the mid-80s. A few showers are possible late in the day, but higher rain chances are expected Friday night into Saturday.

Showers and storms look possible Saturday with multiple waves possible. Temperatures will be muggy with lows in the upper 60s and highs in the low 80s. If we see strong storms develop across the Gulf Coast of the United States, it could rob our area of moisture giving us lower rain chances for the day Saturday.

A few showers look to linger into Sunday, but it should be drier than Saturday. Temperatures look similar with lows in the mid-60s and afternoon highs in the mid-80s. Keep it here for updates throughout the week!
