“Downtown Soul City is just really trying to elevate stores and shopping downtown because we all know there’s great places to eat and great places to go have a beverage downtown, but not a lot of people know that there’s great shopping, there’s unique stores, and you can get stuff that you can’t get anywhere else by just by shopping downtown,” said Jennifer Tinsley, who chairs the group. “So we want people to come to shop downtown instead of going on Amazon.”
