This time of year is spent celebrating students as they walk across the stage at graduation and look forward to what’s next.
But as multiple students talked about in their speeches on Friday night, life is full of the unexpected.
The weather caused multiple graduations to be delayed, but that didn’t stop family and friends from wanting to their loved ones, including Ebenroth’s family.
Ebenroth ‘s family always planned on attending her high school graduation but never thought it would be without her.
Walking across the stage alongside her classmates is something Ebenroth should’ve been doing.
But instead, her parents are accepting her diploma for her.
Her family says they are grateful for everyone’s continuous as they continue to keep her name alive and do things in her honor.
