AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) - Every year coaches from all over the Peach State come together to nominate and select the Georgia High School Association all-state teams.

This year between the different classifications, 10 CSRA golfers earned all-state honors.

Two Lakeside Panthers made the class 6A all-state team — senior Barrett Loftis and sophomore Hamilton Coleman, who is the individual state champion and player of the year in 6A.

In class 5A, Greenbrier’s Adyson Lukich and Walker Gantt are both being recognized. The Lady Pack finished as the 5A state runner-up this year.

Academy of Richmond County’s Grady Kelley is our lone representative in class 3A. The Musketeer finished in third place at the state championships.

In class 1A division one, Swainsboro’s Colten Lewis had himself a fantastic year finishing as the individual state runner-up.

In class 1A division two, Aquinas’s boys finished second in the state as a team, with Peter Nguyen making the all-state team. Both Charlie Hargrove and Jack Rhodes were named honorable mentions for the all-state squad.

Emanuel County Institute’s Janna Scott was also named honorable mention on the girl’s side.
