COLUMBIA, S.C. (WRDW/WAGT) - Aiken and Saluda County deputies assisted in the arrest of a 31-year-old man connected to an investigation of sexual exploitation of a minor

South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson announced the arrest of Devin Blake Saylor, of Ninety-Six, on nine charges connected to the sexual exploitation of minors.

Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force investigators with the Attorney General’s Office made the arrest. Investigators from the Greenwood County Sheriff’s Office and Homeland Security Investigations also assisted.

A news release said investigators got a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

Investigators say Saylor engaged in criminal sexual conduct with a minor, and manufactured, distributed and possessed files of child sexual abuse material.

Saylor was arrested July 11, according to authorities.

He is charged with one count of criminal sexual conduct with a minor, one count of sexual exploitation of a minor, first degree, two counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, second degree and five counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, third degree.

This case will be prosecuted by the Attorney General’s Office.
