USA Masters and Junior Road National Championship impacts Augusta traffic

AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) - It’s about that time for cyclists to take over the streets of downtown Augusta for the USA Masters and Junior Road National Championship.
It starts this Sunday, July 28.
You can expect road closures on that day from 4:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Harlem Globetrotters game to air live in Augusta next month
The Harlem Globetrotters and Gray Media proudly announce the live broadcast of a Harlem Globetrotters game from their historic sports residency at American Dream.
Roads that will be impacted are:
- the Broad Street side of the Augusta Common from 9th to 7th Street
- Reynolds Street from 7th to James Brown Boulevard
- James Brown from Reynolds to Broad Street
- 7th Street from Broad to Reynolds
If you plan to watch, you’ll need to park outside of the course and use walking access points to the Augusta Common.
