ANDERSON COUNTY, S.C. (FOX Carolina) - The Anderson County Sheriff’s Office said a man was recently taken into custody after deputies discovered over seven pounds of cocaine in Belton.

Deputies said they initially responded to the house along Old Evan Road to talk to the suspect about failing to pay child .

However, they later searched the residence and found over 7 pounds of cocaine disguised under LEGO packaging.

Deputies stated that following the search, the suspect, 42-year-old Brandon Pitt, was taken into custody and charged with trafficking cocaine.
