Suspect arrested in Denmark murder of 33-year-old
DENMARK, S.C. (WRDW/WAGT) - A 33-year-old man was killed after a shooting in Denmark on Sunday, according to the Bamberg County coroner.
Juston Erving, of Columbia, was pronounced dead at 4:15 a.m. after being shot at least one time near Sato Avenue, according to Bamberg County Coroner Wallace Hicks.
The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division said it charged Aubrey Priester Jr., 42, with murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime on Sunday.
The shooting happened during an altercation that began around 3:30 a.m.
19-year-old charged with Barnwell County hit-and-run death
A 19-year-old has been charged after a pedestrian died in Barnwell, South Carolina Highway Patrol told us on Wednesday.

Arrest warrants state during the altercation, Erving produced a firearm and began shooting at a trailer on Sato Avenue. The warrants say according to a witness, Priester also produced a firearm and shot Erving, causing him to fall on the ground.
While Erving was on the ground, Priester approached him and repeatedly shot him in the upper torso and head, according to the warrant.
Priester was booked into the Bamberg County Detention Center.
