Suspect sought after shooting injures 2 in Washington County
TENNILLE, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) - Washington County deputies are investigating a shooting that left two people injured.
Officials say the shooting happened at Cornbreads Club in the 700 block of Matthews Road outside Tennille.
DeKalb police ID suspect after Augusta woman found dead
We’re learning new information about a missing Augusta woman whose body was found in a car in an Atlanta-area parking lot.

Officials say the shooting took place at approximately 12:26 a.m. The Washington County Sheriff’s Office released a statement about it early Sunday morning.
Investigators connected Travon Nicardrick Hutchinson, also known as Pete Graddy, to the shooting.
He is 25 years old and lives in Wrightsville.

He is wanted by law enforcement on three counts of aggravated assault, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and possession of a firearm during certain felonies.

GSP corporal on leave after domestic violence arrest in Columbia County
A Georgia State Patrol corporal is on istrative leave after his arrest in connection with a domestic violence incident, according to authorities.

The shooting comes amid an outbreak of violent crime that’s claimed more than 170 lives in a little over two years across the CSRA.
The crime outbreak has affected communities large and small, but as the biggest city in the region, Augusta has been hit especially hard.
Authorities have blamed much of the problem on gangs.
