Kelley, 28, was arrested in Georgia and booked in Carroll County Jail on three counts on Saturday, Aug. 3, and released the following day on $2,750 bond, according to an arrest record obtained by PEOPLE.

Ga. lawmaker faces DUI charge after hitting bicyclist, troopers say
A lawmaker from Cobb County was arrested on charges of driving under the influence Thursday night after hitting a bicyclist, the Georgia State Patrol said.

Judd and the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment.
Four months earlier, Kelley was arrested in Alabama on April 5 on charges of indecent exposure and obstructing governmental operations, according to the local news outlet AL.com.
A week later, on April 11, Kelley was hit with another charge. She reportedly exposed “her breasts and lower body” on a busy highway in Alabama and was charged with soliciting prostitution. Her bond was set to $2,000, before being increased to $2,500 on April 17.
Kelley’s charge of soliciting prostitution was dropped and the indecent exposure charge was lessened to public lewdness, according to The Daily News.
Local news outlet WSFA reported that she pleaded guilty to both the remaining charges of public lewdness and obstructing government operations. The former charge ordered her to pay $200 with her 90-day jail sentence suspended. The other charge landed her 60 days in jail. She was released on May 23.
UGA wide receiver Rara Thomas kicked off team after latest arrest
University of Georgia wide receiver Rodarius “Rara” Thomas is no longer with the team following his latest arrest last week, Kirby Smart announced Thursday.

These weren’t Kelley’s first brushes with the law. Six years prior, Kelley was sentenced to eight years in prison. She was arrested for possession of meth in 2016 and violated her probation by leaving a court-ordered drug rehabilitation program.
She was released early in December 2022, according to The Daily Beast, but she was then sent back to jail in May 2023, when she violated an order of protection and parole. Months later, she was released from jail again in October 2023.
At the time, Kelley was also granted a temporary leave of absence in March 2022 when she gave birth to her baby girl, Kaliyah Chanel.
