2 people injured in shooting on James Drive in Augusta
AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) - Two people were injured in a shooting on Sunday night on James Drive in Augusta, according to authorities.
The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office says at 11:34 p.m., deputies responded to the 4200 block of James Drive in reference to a shooting.
Upon arrival, deputies say they located two adult victims who had been shot at least one time.
The victims were transported to the hospital for treatment of their injuries, according to the sheriff’s office.
