AIKEN, S.C. (WRDW/WAGT) - Select Salvation Army centers in Aiken County are getting ahead of the need for warm clothes for when the weather cools down.

One of the drop-off locations is at the center on Gayle Avenue.

Here’s who won Shepeard blood bank’s Donation Domination

Blood drive pitted Georgia Bulldog and Clemson Tiger fans against each other to see who could donate the most blood leading up to the game.

Shepeard Community Blood Center

It is open during the week from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

They will accept children’s and adults’ winter clothes along with gloves, scarves and hats.

You can donate from now to October 31.
