Struggling to find food or water? Here are distributions across the CSRA
As communities recover from the damage of Hurricane Helene, finding food, water and shelter has been difficult for many. Here are CSRA distributions where you can attend, donate and volunteer.

Gas stations:
- As of 5:45 a.m. on Tuesday in Lincoln County Fast Times and Gold Pantry open at 6 a.m. Pay at the pump accessible at Golden Pantry and Texaco when closed. Fast Times available during business hours only.
- As of 2:30 p.m. Monday, Gas World is open on Old Evans Road in Columbia County
- As of 12:30 p.m. Monday, Circle K on Washington Road in Columbia County
- As of 12:30 p.m. Monday, Circle K on Columbia and South Belair Road has gas
- As of 12:30 p.m. Monday, BP on South Belair Road
- As of 9:30 a.m. Sunday, Costco Gas station
- As of 9:30 a.m. Sunday, Pilot Travel Center on Gun Club Road - emergency personnel only
- As of 11:20 a.m. Sunday, Enmarket, 12545 Heritage Highway, Bamberg, S.C.
- As of 11:30 a.m. Sunday, Circle K on Jimmie Dyess.

In need of shelter? Here’s where to go if Helene impacted you in the CSRA
Hurricane Helene swept through causing devastation all across the CSRA and the southeast - damaging trees, power lines and hundreds of houses. If you have been impacted and need shelter, here’s where you can find it throughout the CSRA.

Grocery stores, restaurants and pharmacies:
- In Wrens: The Home Fresh Bistro, Summit Ace Hardware, Jay’s Ace Hardware, Sunny Day Farms, Country Charm
- The Dollar General in Sardis will be open at 10:30 a.m. for an hour. It will be cash only, no one is allowed in the store. Employees will meet you and get what you need.
- All Barney’s Pharmacy locations will be open from Sept. 30 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. or longer if needed, except for the Serenity location. Like everyone else, they have no power or internet, and therefore no phones. we are running temporarily on portable generators . We will have limited staff, and want to be there for urgent needs. For refills, make sure you bring your bottles or prescription label from your last fill as we may not be able to access you records. For any new customers, we will need insurance cards/information also, but note we may not be able to process insurance.
- On Monday afternoon in Columbia County, Publix on Washington Road and Furys Ferry Road are open.
- Also on Monday afternoon in Columbia County, Lowes on Washington Road is open.
- As of Monday afternoon, Walmart on Wrightsboro Road is open.
- Sprouts Farmers Market on Crane Creek Drive is open, as of Monday afternoon.
- Publix Pharmacy at the National Hills Plaza.
- As of Monday morning, the Fast Times convivence store in Lincolnton experienced power failure but plan to open as soon as systems come online. Traffic will be one way flow from Washington Highway. Also, B&T’s grocery and market was opened. Family Dollar’s power was restored, they are awaiting information on opening.
- As of Sunday night, Publix on Martintown Road in North Augusta was pretty picked over but still had enough supplies for anyone in a pinch.
- As of Saturday, Kroger on Washington Road

- As of Saturday, Walmart in Evans
- As of Saturday, Publix on Furys Ferry
- As of Saturday, Lowe’s in Columbia County
- As of Saturday, Edgefield Butcher Shop
- As of 11 a.m. Sunday, Walmart in Swainsboro was open for groceries only. No gas.
- Piggly Wiggly in Bamberg County
- Midville Dollar General was open from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday
Golden Harvest provides update on community help
Golden Harvest says they have called in both state and national resources to help assist them in their response.

Restaurants:
- Habanero’s in Grovetown is now open with a full menu. They are operating under cash only as the Wi-Fi is still down. Habanero’s in Harlem will be closed until further notice.
- Cicis Pizza in Augusta is open from 11 a.m. to 5 or 6 p.m. for takeout only. It is offering food to line workers and those in need.
- World of Beer on Washington Road is open as of Wednesday with a limited menu and is accepting to go. Cash and card are accepted open from 11 a.m. - until.
- Olive Garden next to the News 12 station is open as of Wednesday.
- In Wrens, El Maguey Mexican Restaurant is open.
- Dukes Bar-B-Que in Aiken will reopen on Wednesday at 10:30 a.m.
- Aroma’s Italian Grill at 1452 Walton Way (behind McDonalds) is open. They have a limited menu of mostly sub sandwiches, fries, and salads. They can only accept cash, CashApp and Apple Pay right now. Most items are around $12.
- Hardee’s, Papa’s Old South Too, Lincolnton is open as of Monday morning.
- Mai Thai by Publix in Evans is open, as of Monday afternoon.
- Waffle House on Washington Road, North Belair Road and Jimmie Dyess are open in Columbia County as of Monday afternoon.
- Also in Columbia County, Dr. BBQ is located in the parking lot of Walgreens on Washington Road as of Monday afternoon.
- As of Monday afternoon, Burger King is open on North Belair Road.
- As of Monday afternoon, Taco Bell on Washington Road in Evans is open.
- As of Monday afternoon, Formosa Cafe is open as take out only.
- As of Monday afternoon, Sawasdee Authentic Thai & Noodle House on Washington Road is open as take out only.
- Ruth’s Family Restaurant on Washington Road is open in the parking lot, as of Monday afternoon.
- Sonic and Subway on Martintown Road in North Augusta were open and had huge lines Sunday night.
- As of Saturday, Pool Room in Edgefield
- As of Sunday at noon, Okinawa: Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi Bowl is open for dine-in and takeout services. Cash only. They cannot accept call-in orders.
- Honey Baked Ham Aiken is open and taking credit cards
