Have you seen these missing people in the CSRA?
AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) - Authorities announced they are looking for two missing teens and a man in Richmond and Orangeburg counties.
Richmond County

Authorities say Isabella Ward, 16, was last seen on Sunday around 1:40 a.m. in the 3000 block of Haynes Station Drive.
Ward left wearing a white tank top and a pink leather backpack, in an unknown direction via unknown means, authorities say.
She is described by authorities to be five feet and three inches in height and weighing around 120 pounds.

Orangeburg County

The Orangeburg Department of Public Safety is asking for the public’s assistance in looking for a missing man.
Officials say 84-year-old Ralph Edward Hughes was last seen in the area of Harbor Freight on Stonewall Jackson Boulevard in Orangeburg around 8 p.m. on Thursday.
Officials say Hughes is described as 5 foot 11 inches tall and weighs 175 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black shirt.
Hughes suffers from bipolar schizophrenia, manic depressive disorder and early stages of dementia, according to officials.

Sheriff Leroy Ravenell announced that investigators are searching for a Eutawville youth last seen last week.
“We need to locate this young man and get him home,” the sheriff said. “If you have any idea where he is, please call us.”
Ravenell said 15-year-old Quentin Ashby was reported as having been seen Oct. 29 leaving his residence.
The Skimmer Court youth is described as a black male standing about five feet and seven inches tall and weighing around 190 pounds.
He is said to have last been seen wearing a gray hoodie and black jeans, authorities said.
Ashby is said to have ties in the Columbia area, according to the sheriff.
If anyone has information on Ashby’s whereabouts, they are urged to call the Orangeburg County Communications Center at 803-534-3550.
FOUND

The Orangeburg County Sheriff’s Office says 66-year-old Valerie Goff was reported missing Thursday afternoon after leaving her Pontiac Lane home to make a trip to Walgreens on John C. Calhoun Drive around 3 p.m.
On Friday afternoon, Sheriff Leroy Ravenell announced Goff’s vehicle was discovered in flood waters near Glover and Andrew Dibble streets.
