‘A lot of changes’: Lights of the South in full swing after Helene repairs
GROVETOWN, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) - You don’t have to travel far to see some Christmas magic. The Lights of the South are back after being rebuilt following Hurricane Helene.
It was the opening weekend for the light show, which runs for a month.
It’s open from 6 to 10 p.m. Monday through Sunday except for the holidays.
Helene brought on many worries for the land that is home to the lights.
