AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) - It’s December, officially time to get into the Christmas spirit. Here’s where you can celebrate in the CSRA.

As we move into the Christmas season, tree lightings are planned all over our area.

Donate Christmas toys for children at News 12/26 this week

If you want to help some children this holiday season, you don’t have to go much farther than News 12 this week.

The Toys for Tots donations have grown in the lobby at News 12.

On Tuesday, North Augusta’s tree lighting with the mayor in Calhoun Park began at 5 p.m.

On Thursday, the Columbia County tree lighting will be at Evans Towne Center Park at 6:30 p.m.

The 36th annual Aiken County tree lighting will be on Friday from 6 to 7:30 p.m. on Newberry Street.

In Richmond County on Saturday is the Augusta tree lighting at the Augusta Common at 6 p.m.
