$10,000 Mega Millions ticket sold in Georgia as jackpot grows
ROME, Ga. - One lucky Mega Millions player won $10,000 in Rome on Tuesday night.
A ticket matching four white ball numbers and the yellow Mega Ball was sold at the Elm Street Food & Beverage convenience store at 204 North Elm St. in Rome, according to the Georgia Lottery.
The winning numbers for the drawing were 52-60-61-66-67 and the Mega Ball was 23.

No one won the $541 million top prize, so the jackpot climbs to $579 million for Friday’s drawing – the 10th-largest jackpot in Mega Millions history.
If taken as a cash payout, it would be nearly $277 million.
Mega Millions is played every Tuesday and Friday in 45 states plus Washington, D.C., and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
