7 hurt as car bounces deer into bus window in Orangeburg County

ORANGEBURG, S.C. (WIS) - Seven people were injured when a deer bounced into a bus window on Sunday.

The crash happened around 5:30 p.m. on U.S. 301 at Hosta Drive in Orangeburg County, according to the South Carolina Highway Patrol.

Troopers said a deer was hit by a car, causing it to bounce off the window of a Job Corps bus traveling south on U.S. 301.

The extent of the injuries was unknown.

SCHP is investigating the incident.
