I-TEAM: Man accused of exposing himself has extensive history
AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) - More charges could be coming for a man arrested on Wednesday and charged with two counts of felony public indecency.
Richmond County deputies arrested Timothy Kevin Marcus, 58, after social media posts exposed him exposing himself.
They’re asking for anyone with more pictures or video to reach out to them, because as your I-TEAM has uncovered – he’s no stranger to this behavior.
He’s a ed sex offender and Georgia Bureau of Investigation agents even go so far as to list him as a “sexually dangerous predator.”
News 12 showed you his latest mug shot from his arrest on Wednesday, but the sex offender registry also includes more photos.

A News 12 viewer shared a video with us that was taken back on Oct. 4, near the Augusta Canal.
In the video, you can see Marcus in a black onesie.
In the most recent incident, he was wearing a see-through onesie.
We won’t be showing you that one

The photo was taken on the Levee Trail near Riverwatch Parkway.
The viewer also shared the screen-shot of his post on Facebook, because it has the date.
September 25, 2023.
Your I-TEAM has confirmed he worked at Goodwill.
I-TEAM: Getting your medical records even after a provider closes
We don’t know the reason for a decision to temporarily suspend an Aiken County doctor’s license. As for her patients, here’s what they should do.

His employer learned of this when we reached out on Wednesday to confirm.
“Upon learning of this, Mr. Marcus has been placed on suspension without pay as we cooperate fully with local authorities,” said his employer. “We were not aware of the extent of this individual’s prior history, and we take these developments very seriously.”
The statement goes on to say –
“We are conducting a thorough review of this situation and our hiring practices.”
Again, the GBI calls him a dangerous predator.

We’ve confirmed a lengthy arrest history, including a child molestation conviction.
Court documents reveal an extensive arrest history, including a conviction for child molestation.
Marcus served 15 years for that, but he also just recently served four years for exposing himself on Washington Road near Mullins Crossing.
During that case, he told the judge he is mentally ill and suffers from disassociative identity disorder, anxiety disorder and depression.
Marcus said he was taking medication that helps – but doesn’t cure him.
