Bill could make concealed-carry permits valid in multiple states

COLUMBIA, S.C. (FOX Carolina) - U.S. Sen. Lindsey Graham is working on a congressional bill that would allow people with a concealed carry permit to carry in other states.

Graham recently reintroduced the bill with of more than a dozen other senators.

The legislation would treat state-issued concealed carry permits like driver’s licenses allowing them to use their permit in other states that allow concealed carry.

“Personal protection should not end at a state line... I am proud to once again introduce legislation that enhances the second amendment rights of Americans who can carry and responsibly own a firearm,” said Graham.
