(InvestigateTV) — Maybe you’re a little intimidated to try yoga because you worry you won’t be flexible or strong enough to hold the poses.

Those who teach yoga will tell you all you need to practice is a body in any form.

A special class called adaptive yoga considers all bodies, abilities and backgrounds.

The practice is accessible to everyone and allows poses to be changed to address someone’s specific needs.

Reporter Kari Beal explores how the benefits of adaptive yoga go well beyond the physical.
