Supreme Court preview: death row DNA challenge

WASHINGTON (Gray DC) - A Texas death row inmate is taking his request for DNA testing all the way to the Supreme Court.
Ruben Gutierrez was convicted for the murder of an 85-year-old woman and sentenced to death.
