Nice and warm with above average highs. Few showers possible Thursday.
AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) - Warmer conditions will continue for the work week ahead. The only chance for rain will be along a cold front as it es through the region Thursday.
High pressure will be building into the region through today bringing unseasonably warm weather. This afternoon will be warm with highs hitting the mid-70s. Wind will be out of the west between 5-12 mph. Sunny skies expected most of the day.
Back down near 40 early Wednesday morning. Afternoon highs will be warm again in the mid-70s. Skies will be sunny and wind will be out of the southwest between 5-10 mph.
A cold front will push through Thursday and bring a low chance for showers and an isolated storm. Temperatures will stay warm with highs in the mid-70s.
Slightly cooler behind the front Friday with highs more seasonal in the mid-60s. Dry weather sticks around through the weekend with highs near 70 Saturday and Sunday.
