AIKEN, S.C. (WRDW/WAGT) - An important message for kids was delivered through magic on Tuesday morning.

Aiken Electric has been doing this for 22 years now as part of their Safety Magic Show for first graders.

“Electrical hazards are something that we all kind of interact with every day without even knowing it,” said Jamacia McCray, marketing and communications coordinator.

It’s a message that’s especially important after experiencing weather such as hurricanes, storms and snow — all of which could impact electricity.
