CLEVELAND, Ga. - Anyone with an extra $1.8 million can now seize the “rare opportunity” to own and operate a “thriving” nudist resort in northeast Georgia.

Serendipity Park in Cleveland spans around 42 acres of secluded land at the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, according to a listing on real estate website Zillow.

Features of the gated community include a clubhouse, cafe, swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, and a creek bordering the property, which offers “a peaceful backdrop for leisurely nature walks.”

Perhaps ironically, it has a laundromat, too.
