The South Carolina Forestry Commission has lifted a statewide burn ban for all counties except for Horry and Georgetown.

Bialousow was booked at J. Reuben Long Detention Center after her arrest. Public records show she posted a $15,000 bond Friday.
Bialousow allegedly started a fire to burn debris Saturday in a backyard fire pit close to a tree line in the Covington Lakes community.
The South Carolina Forestry Commission said Bialousow “did not have an appropriate water source readily available or “any garden tools on hand to control the fire.”
