Augusta shooting of homeless man leads to woman’s arrest
AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) - We’re learning more about a shooting that led to the arrest of a 28-year-old woman.
Alianna “Yanna” Mae Bottoms, 27, is in custody on a charge of aggravated assault over an incident that occurred Feb. 25.
Augusta man wanted in aggravated assault on Keron Way
Richmond County deputies are asking for the public’s help in finding Joseph Scott Dillard, who's wanted in connection with an aggravated assault.

According to an incident report from the Richmond Cunty Sheriff’s Office a homeless man was found with a gunshot wound just after 9 p.m. Feb. 25 in the 600 block of Tuttle Street.
A woman said she was inside her home nearby when she heard someone yelling for help. When she walked outside, she saw the man across the street. He came over to her yard and said he’d been shot. The neighbor called 911, and the victim was taken to a hospital with life-threatening wounds, deputies reported.
Twin City escapee recaptured in Richmond County
Authorities recaptured an inmate who escaped from the Emanuel Probation Detention Center in Twin City.

Bottoms was arrested Friday, soon after authorities publicized that she was wanted on a charge of aggravated assault.
Authorities also said they were looking for Skylar Nicole Kennedy, 19, for giving false statements in a government matter in the case.
