North Augusta leaders say ‘city is growing’ as projects continue
The growing city has a lot heading its way, from apartments to a new public safety headquarters.

Attendees also got to meet this year’s speaker, Ramon Dominguez.
He’s a retired jockey with more than 4,900 career wins.
“This is a wonderful place,” said Dominquez. “I’ve never been here to witness horses training, and I’m looking forward to the trials and definitely can see how it is a unique place for horses to come.”
A portion of the proceeds from the event will the Aiken Thoroughbred Racing Hall of Fame and Museum.
