Savannah River Brewery one step closer to serving food
AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) - If you’ve been to the Savannah River Brewery recently, you may have noticed what looks like a shipping container attached to the outside of the building.
That’s actually a kitchen, and they’re hoping to have a soft opening sometime next week.
Elemy’s Bagels brings options to local bagel lovers
Tucked away in a strip on Walton Way Extension, you can get the taste of a homemade bagel right here in Augusta.
We went over there on Thursday to check out what they’d have to offer.
“So the menu is still in the works a little bit,” said Jim Christian, taproom manager at Savannah River Brewing Company. “We know there’s gonna be a great smash burger. There’s gonna be a brat. Chris has spent a lot of time in Southeast Asia, so a lot of those flavors are gonna be on his menu. One of his signature items is gonna be a butter chicken burrito.”
Your Nick Proto got to try that smash burger with some ghost pepper chips and basil chimichurri.
North Augusta’s new Autumn Grace Boutique centered on faith, family
Family and faith are two key pillars of Autumn Grace Boutique in North Augusta.
He says it was fantastic and he can’t wait to try more of the menu.
They hope to have the kitchen fully up and running in the next few weeks.
