ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - A familiar fuzzy face was back in the Braves’ dugout Friday night.

“Snitbear” was seen at Truist Park!

The teddy bear first appeared in the Braves’ dugout in June of last year after being gifted to Marcell Ozuna by manager Brian Snitker.

The stuffed animal with a red bandana around its neck and an oversized blue and white Braves’ cap first appeared on June 15, 2024, as the team played against Tampa Bay. It stayed with the team throughout the rest of the season.

Friday was the first time it appeared on the bench in the 2025 season. It went mysteriously missing on the Braves’ West Coast road trip, where the team went 0-7.

Maybe the bear really is a good luck charm! The Braves won Friday’s game with a final score of 10-0.
