Atlanta Braves hold grand opening for new family space at Truist Park

ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - The Atlanta Braves on Saturday hosted a grand opening ribbon-cutting ceremony for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Park at Truist Park.

The park is a new and reimagined family space, and dozens of Braves fans ed alongside Braves and Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta executives to celebrate the opening of the park.

Braves mascot Blooper was there alongside Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta mascots Hope & Will to present the special moment.

The Braves lost to the Miami Marlins 4-0 on Saturday and fell to 1-8 on the season.

Gray Media will simulcast these 15 Atlanta Braves games throughout the Southeast this season.

The next Braves on Gray broadcast will be against the Los Angeles Dodgers on May 2.
