Savannah River Brewing now offering food with kitchen expansion
AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) - Over at Savannah River Brewing Company, you can now enjoy food with your beer!
The tap room’s long-awaited and highly anticipated kitchen is now open, offering both the bar classics and some unexpected bites, like their butter chicken burrito or Korean chicken sandwich.
“Eight years in business now, and having food at the brewery all the time is the thing that’s been missing for us,” said Jim Christian, Tavern manager and events manager at Savannah River Brewing Co. ”The project has been in the works for a long time, we’re so glad that it’s finally completed and we got it open.”

Description The weather has been looming over today’s fun at Augusta National like a literal dark cloud. And now play is on pause.
This week, the brewery is opening at noon, and the kitchen will be open from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.
We stopped by last week and heard nothing but excitement for this expansion.
