Waynesboro siblings have emotional reunion after yearlong deployment

WAYNESBORO, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) - A Burke County High School student got the ultimate birthday surprise on Monday.
Laurhyn Palmer, 15, was in class when her brother, United States Navy Hospitalman Devion Palmer, made an entrance.
Devion had been away in Okinawa, Japan for a yearlong deployment.
The reunion was an emotional one for the siblings.
April is designated as the Month of the Military Child.
