“Our commitment to the fraternity, we believe that our motto says ‘friendship is essential to the soul.’ We believe that. Our founders, which were four founders at Howard University in 1911. The cardinal principles, manhood, scholarship, perseverance and uplift. So, we use those to help do service kinds of things in the community,” said Nathaniel Dicks, member Sigma Pi.
