Description The red flags were there for years before a man opened fire on Columbia County deputies over the weekend – killing one and injuring another.

According to the incident report, a man wearing a ski mask aimed a black revolver at the victim’s head, stating, “Give me your necklace.” The victim told deputies that as he grabbed the gun that was being aimed at him, the other male suspect aimed his gun at him.
After attempting to steal the necklace, the incident report states that the two men began to leave the area, and the victim began following the pair in his car.
As the victim was following the two men, deputies say one of them pointed a gun in the victim’s direction and fired one round.
According to the arrest warrants, the bullet did not strike the victim, and the suspects were not able to take anything from him.
Dyson-Harvey is charged with aggravated assault, criminal attempt to commit a felony, possession of a firearm or knife during a crime and possession of a pistol or revolver under the age of 18, according to jail bookings.
