Augusta man arrested for alleged child sexual exploitation
AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) - A 51-year-old man has been arrested after he was accused of sexual exploitation of children, according to officials.
The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office says Martin Lindner was arrested on Wednesday.
‘You don’t belong here’: Aiken man caught on cam attacking woman
An Aiken man was arrested on Monday after chasing down a woman and attacking her in the car on Bellreive Drive. She was on her way to work.
According to the incident report, deputies say they received a case through the Internet Crimes Against Children network that involved possession, storage and distribution of child sexual abuse material.
A search warrant was executed at a home on the 3000 block of Storey Drive, according to the report.
Arrest warrants state Lindner was in possession of four videos of unknown adults engaging in sexual activities with victims between the ages of 2 and 5 years old.
17-year-old arrested after attempted armed robbery at drive-thru window
A 17-year-old has been arrested after he allegedly tried to rob the victim at gunpoint at a drive-thru window, according to the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office.
The arrest warrants state Lindner “possessed the videos of the minors engaging in sexual conduct for his own gratification”.
Lindner is being held at the Charles B. Webster Detention Center, according to jail bookings.
He is charged with sexual exploitation of children, jail bookings say.
