According to the survey, 47% of those surveyed in Georgia are opting to travel in June, and 46% in July, while 48% of those in South Carolina are opting to travel in June, and 52% in July.

“June and July dominate summer travel because they offer predictable weather, school breaks and peak vacation demand,” Haas said.
