FOREST PARK, Ga. - In a case reminiscent of what happened two years ago in Augusta, a dispute between rival gangs is being blamed for a shooting at a large gathering of motorcycle riders that left two people dead.

According to Forest Park police, Donnell “1HQ” McKnight and Nigel “Railroad” Blackwood have been charged with malice murder and violation of the Georgia Street Gang Terrorism and Prevention Act in connection with the April 27 shooting.
