Clemson president makes national headlines after graduation video goes viral
CLEMSON, S.C. (FOX Carolina) - Clemson University’s President James Clements is making national headlines after a video of him and his daughter at graduation went viral.
In a video posted on the president’s Instagram, you can see President Clement’s daughter, Grace, ran up to her dad for a big hug and bringing him down as they tumbled on the stage during Thursday’s graduation.
Sen. Warnock gives keynote speech at Paine College graduation
Paine College had part of its graduation ceremonies on Sunday morning, which featured GA. Senator Raphael Warnock.
He quickly picked her back up and kissed her on the head as the crowd roared with applause.
According to President Clements, Grace is a part of the ClemsonLIFE program at the university.
“ClemsonLIFE teaches independence, job skills… and apparently, how to sack a university president,” said the president said on Instagram.
