Free diaper giveaway hosted at Henry Brigham Community Center
AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) - Several people attended a free diaper giveaway in Augusta Thursday, with a line stretching a quarter mile outside of the Henry Brigham Community Center.
Cameron Jacobs took us to the event, highlighting a need in the community.
“Today we have diapers, Tylenol, we also have children’s formula, we had some wipes,” said Lashand Green, community outreach manager, Medical Associates Plus.

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation has been brought in to investigate a mysterious case at the request of the Warrenton Police Department.
“You know, we never know, sometimes we have baby showers every month, help them in a time of need,” said Crystal Smith, marketing manager, Amerigroup.
They gave out more than 500 cases of diapers, and they do these giveaways monthly.
