9-year-old donates money from lemonade stand to Columbia County deputies
COLUMBIA COUNTY, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) - As National Police Week came to a close, one local child gave back to deputies.
9-year-old Presley is a Columbia County native who loves giving back to her community.
This year is her third year of hosting her lemonade for love stand.
On Saturday, she raised more than $2,000, and she’s donating every penny to the families of Deputy Brandon Sikes and Deputy Gavin White.
Woman wanted for childing endangerment and fleeing police
Jessica Harmon is wanted by the Grovetown Police Department for child endangerment and felony fleeing and eluding.

Both were shot in the line of duty a few weeks ago.
Presley says that while a lot of people show interest on Facebook, she always has hundreds of in-person visitors.
When we asked her why she chose to donate to our local heroes, she had the sweetest answer.
“I felt bad for them and how they’re gonna have to pay a lot of money for the hospital bill. So, I wanted to help them out because they do really some good for us. I want to do something good for them,” said Presley, selling lemonade.
Victim identified in deadly motorcycle crash into low-hanging power line in Aiken County
A motorcyclist is dead after striking a low-hanging power line Friday night in Aiken County, officials say.

In the past, Presley has donated over $3,500 to the Leukemia Lymphoma Society and dog networking agents.
We can’t think of a better way to honor these families than this.
Way to go, Presley!
