Allendale County school gets $15K donation for STEM program

ALLENDALE, S.C. (WRDW/WAGT) - A school in Allendale County is receiving a big donation.
Allendale-Fairfax Elementary School received a $15 donation from Savannah River Mission Completion.
Aiken County Detention Center recognizes graduates
14 GED students received recognition for their hard work — and got their diplomas.
The donation will be used to boost stem education at the school.
Along with the financial gift, the Savannah River Site contractor also works directly with the school, sharing hands-on lessons led by engineers.
